Our goal is to provide quality care to all of our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our technicians, but our clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of others, please call or text our facility as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
Keep in mind that deposits are required in order to confirm an appointment. ALL DEPOSITS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, so please make sure you are choosing the correct date and time needed.
If you choose to reschedule your appointment for a future date or time, A "NEW" deposit will be needed for the next time slot chosen if you fail to notify us a day in advance.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. If you fail to notify us you will be charged 40% of your scheduled services to the card we have on file for you. If the card declines, you will be charged for that missed appointment on the day of your next scheduled appointment with us.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services, dismissed, or refunded based on your professional lash tech's discretion.
We recommend to get your fills done every 2 1/2 weeks after a full set. After the 21 day mark from your last appointment, it will be considered a full set. If you're experiencing fall out sooner we ask that you please book an appointment as soon as possible! We need you to have at least 50% of your extensions on and still be intact for it to be considered a fill price.
Please let us know right away as soon as you notice that your lashes are shedding too fast!
Remember that if you have any issues as far as; losing more that 5 lashes per day, experience itching, eyelid soreness, irritating/red eyes, etc... you qualify for a free fix, as long as you notify us within "2 days."
If you fail to notify us past the 2 days, you will need to schedule a new appointment from the options given.
We do offer 1 week fills for an hour, to touch up any unexpected fall-outs to keep those lashes looking perfectly full!
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND AND PAY ATTENTION to the name "1 week", meaning: if you pass one week, you will need to schedule a regular fill appointment to give the Tech enough time to remove any outgrown lashes and fill all gaps. Reason for this: is because after the first week of your extensions being applied, your lashes have gone through their first cycle of growth.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE DO NOT WORK ON FOREIGN FILLS AT ALL> This being said, if you did not get your lashes done at Beauty Glam Dollz and are looking for a fill, we will not be able to fill the ones you already have on. In a situation like this, we ask for you to please choose a full set option and we can simply remove and cleanse your lashes to get a fresh new set done!
